Project 14

This soldier lost both legs and part of his left index finger. The missing finger tip made it very difficult to hit the left bumper (L1) on his PS3 controller. He is able to reach the left trigger with his middle finger. Rather than add a button to the right underside, it made more sense to just add a lever to the button which wrapped around the side where his short finger could easily strike it. Trigger extensions were added as well to get a better feel. These were very simple and effective fixes and resulted in a very playable controller. It also goes back to the early days when we were adding external fixes like levers rather than new buttons. (The finger in the photgraph is not the user.)
